Group Picnic Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case a group picnic booking cannot be formed or organized due to insufficient participants or operational reasons, reserves the right to cancel the group plan.
If a group picnic is not created or canceled, customers will be given two options:
Full payment refund, or
Reassignment to another available picnic group or date, based on customer preference.
Full refunds, if chosen, will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 2–3 working days.
The final choice between refund or reassignment will always be as per the customer’s consent.
